Kids under the age of 12 need a little more supervision. To be able to provide this important individual attention as well as a safe & caring atmosphere we operate in small groups with one surf instructor for four kids.

Small surfers have the ability to learn surfing faster, easier and very different from adults. Therefore our lessons are especially designed with children in mind.

When the parents take part in the lesson, please be assured that we chose the beach with the focus on the little ones. We will do our best that your day at the beach with us will be one of the top highlights of your vacation and maybe your first family surf trip!!

• Meet & Greet in the Quinta Formosinho, here your surfteam will welcome you. You get equipped with a warm, fullbody Wetsuit. Kids will get a 5/4mm Rental Wetsuit and the parents are equipped with 4/3mm fullbody wetsuits.
• After everybody is equipped and the disclaimer are filled out we head to the beach.
• Which beach we will approach will be due to the forecast and will be decided on the day of action by the surfteam.
• When we arrived at the beach, the team unload the boards and our guest will change to "surfer mode" wetsuits on. Speedos for male and bathsuit for female surfers are convinient. Grap your board and a bottel of Water and you are ready for your surf session
• After the warmup we will devide the group into small groups. So first timers will have the attention which is needed for the first session.
• As safety is our main priority our surfcoaches will enter the water with our surfers and provide a safe enviroment for a fast learning curve.
• After 2h we will return to the cars, gear up and change to drive back to the Quinta Formosinho
• We hope you had an exciting session and will be hungry for more :)

Please note: We only have space in the van for the participants so if you book your kid(s) into our courses we CANNOT guarantee a space in the van for the parent to come along - even though we love families to be together.
