1. About Us

Alvor Paddle Tours is a paddleboarding tour and rental service operating in the Algarve region of Portugal. We offer guided experiences and equipment rentals primarily from Alvor, Praia do Alemão, and surrounding locations.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or in person.
  A full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
  You will receive a confirmation by email or message once your booking is complete.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer cancellations:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will not be refunded.

Operator cancellations:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather, sea conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Safety & Participation

• All participants must be in good health and able to swim.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Life jackets and safety briefings are provided and must be followed.
• You agree to follow all safety instructions from our guides at all times.

5. Liability Waiver

By joining a tour or renting equipment, you acknowledge that stand-up paddleboarding carries inherent risks. You accept full responsibility for your actions and waive any claims against Alvor Paddle Tours, its owners, and staff for injuries, losses, or damages.

6. Equipment Rental

• Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was rented.
• You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment.
• A security deposit may be required for rentals.

7. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during tours or rentals. Please leave valuables at home or secure them appropriately.

8. Photography & Media

We may take photos or videos during your experience for promotional use. Please inform us in advance if you do not wish to appear in any media.

9. Website Use

All content on this website is owned by Alvor Paddle Tours. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the website without our permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved under Portuguese jurisdiction.
